It seems we have finally made it to Summer! Sunshine, being active outdoors and finally having time to read a book pool or beachside! In honor of the warm summer months to come, and rather then read yet another Nicholas Sparks tear-jerker, we’ve put together a list of our top 3 favorite books that will put you on the path to total wellness this season.
