Meet the Practitioners
Erin Brandes, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
Owner, Integrative Health and Wellness
Erin Brandes is a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center and licensed by the state of Indiana to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages.
Erin was born and raised in Mishawaka Indiana. She attended Saint Mary’s College and obtained a B.A. in History before becoming a nurse. She received her B.S. in Nursing from Indiana University South Bend and began a career caring for post-surgical patients. She holds an M.S. in Nursing from Goshen College. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her medical interests include diabetes, natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals, and women’s health. Erin is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a graduate of the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice Course.
In her free time, Erin enjoys traveling with her husband Brad and spending time with her dog Maysie.

Blair R. Herrman RN, MSN FNP-BC
Owner, Integrative Health and Wellness
Blair has been a board certified nurse practitioner since 2011. Blair is certified in family practice through the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center and the state of Indiana and enjoys working with all age ranges.
Blair was born and raised in Richmond Indiana, but has lived in the Mishawaka area since 2006. She received her undergraduate education through Saint Elizabeth’s college in Lafayette in affiliation with Saint Joseph’s college in Rensselaer. From there Blair worked as an infusion nurse until completing her graduate degree (M.S.N.) from Indiana University South Bend. She is currently a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Blair has multiple medical interests including women’s health, cosmetic/dermatological procedures, general health and fitness as well as supplement therapy. She hopes to expand her role and skills in many of these areas for future practice. Blair is also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a graduate of the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice Course.
Blair spends her free time with her husband Tony, daughter Marlowe and son Vaughn. Her hobbies include traveling, boating, outdoor sports and gardening, classic cars and fitness.
“I’m an educator at heart, I love to provide my patient’s with the knowledge they need to lead a healthy life, I thoroughly enjoy being able to provide that “Ah Ha” moment. Even better than that, is when a patient gives me those moments!”
